The Transform Your City program applies a biblical worldview through a strategic planning process developed with church leaders to create a transforming impact on their community, city, and nation.
From vision to sustainable transformation
This basic outline presents a church-based city transformation program built on the application of a biblical worldview through strategic planning. It focuses on historically proven stages that help leaders move from vision to measurable action.
Vision and Values
Objective: Develop a clear vision based on biblical principles that inspires leaders and the congregation.
Activities: Strategic planning sessions to define the mission and vision for transformation; workshops on biblical worldview; and identification of core values and cultural myths.
Leadership Training
Objective: Equip church leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to transform their sphere of influence.
Activities: Training programs for church leaders; development of leadership skills focused on integrity and service; and establishment of leadership teams within the church.
Mobilization of the Congregation
Objective: Actively involve the congregation in the transformation process.
Activities: Creation of small groups to discuss and implement the vision; participation in community projects; and prayer and social reflection initiatives.
Plan for the City
Objective: Develop 15-, 10-, and 5-year strategic plans for the city.

Creating a National Agenda and Vision for Transformation
An Evaluative City Mapping Model is a conceptual tool that helps identify and map the spiritual, social, economic, educational, and other elements and dynamics within an urban-suburban environment.
This type of model helps leaders understand how different spiritual influences and practices interact within a city and how they affect its inhabitants.
